Permits, filed right
the first time.

Send the plan set and the address. We find the parcel, the jurisdiction, the zoning and the flood zone, fill that office's own forms, and send back a package ready for your signature in 24 hours.

The boundary

Your license. Your signature.
We never touch it.

You send us the job. We send back a package that is ready to file. You sign it, you submit it, you remain the licensee of record — on every tier, without exception.

Georgia law treats lending or assigning a contractor's license as grounds for suspension or revocation. This service works precisely because our name never appears on your application.

What you get

A folder you can upload.

01

The right office, confirmed

A mailing address does not decide who issues your permit. We test the parcel against the actual municipal boundary and corroborate it against a second, independent source.

02

That office's own forms

Current application and the checklist most offices never hand you — the one listing what turns you away at the counter.

03

Every value from a record

Parcel register, state license register, the job file. Nothing filled from memory, and nothing invented.

04

An open-items list

Anything that cannot be sourced stays blank and is named, with the reason. A blank gets a question. A wrong answer voids the permit.

05

Filing instructions

Portal, office, fees, and exactly what is due when.

06

Rejections fixed free

If a package comes back, we correct and resubmit at no charge.

How it works

Six steps. One rule:
check it, then say it.

The long version: the whole method, start to finish, in three and a half minutes. No job details in it — this is how the work is done, not whose work it is.

No forms to fill in. Send these and the package comes back in 24 hours, ready for your signature.

01

The plan set

Whatever you have. We read the specs off it.

02

The site address

That is enough — we find the parcel from it.

03

The contract value

Sworn on the application and it sets the fee tier, so it has to come from you.

04

Homeowner name and phone

For the application contact block.

Your license number and qualifying agent are collected once when you sign up, and never asked for again.

Email the job Set up my company

First time? Email us and we will call you back to set your company up — two minutes for your license number, qualifying agent, and where to send the finished package. After that, just send the job.

Questions we get

Straight answers.

Who actually issues a solar permit in Georgia?

The city or county whose municipal boundary the parcel falls inside — which is not always the city in the mailing address. A Stone Mountain address can sit in unincorporated DeKalb County, and filing with the wrong office is one of the most common reasons a Georgia solar permit comes back. We test the parcel against the actual boundary and corroborate it against a second, independent source before a single form is filled.

How long does a permit package take?

24 hours. Send the plan set, the site address, the contract value, and the homeowner's name and phone, and the finished package comes back the next day, ready for your signature.

How much does it cost?

$400 per permit if you bring your own stamped plan set. $900 if we draw and PE-stamp the plan set too, or $1,200 with storage. A first job in a county we have not mapped adds a one-time $500. Jurisdiction fees are paid by you, directly to the city or county.

Whose license is the permit filed under?

Yours — on every tier, without exception. We prepare the package; you sign it, you submit it, and you remain the licensee of record. Georgia law treats lending or assigning a contractor's license as grounds for suspension or revocation, so our name never appears on your application.

Which Georgia counties are covered?

Gwinnett, DeKalb, Fulton, Cobb, Gilmer, Chatham (Savannah) and Clarke are already mapped and file at the per-permit price. Any other Georgia jurisdiction is a one-time $500 to map, then it files at the same price. All 159 counties are in scope.

What if the application is rejected?

We correct and resubmit at no charge. Anything that cannot be sourced from a record is never guessed — it is left blank and named on an open-items list with the reason. A blank gets a question at the counter. A wrong answer voids the permit.
